Trish received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2008.

While in law school, Trish participated in the CARES Clinic (Clinic for Asylum and Refugee Services) and successfully litigated an asylum case on behalf of a refugee and her two young daughters seeking protection from ongoing sexual abuse perpetrated by a member of a domestic militarized organization.  Trish also participated in The Philadelphia Defender’s Externship where she was certified to represent persons facing criminal charges; and also completed internships in the Philadelphia County District Attorney’s Office, and in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office.

After graduating from law school, Trish enjoyed a clerkship with The Honorable Julio L. Prior to joining Lyons and Associates, P.C., Trish spent a number of years representing children in abuse and neglect (DYFS / DCPP) litigation, on behalf of the State of New Jersey Office of the Law Guardian; and thereafter briefly practiced as a solo attorney, primarily focusing on family law and civil litigation.  At Lyons & Associates P.C., Trish continues to focus on all areas within family law.

Trish is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, and the District Court of New Jersey.  She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Essex County Bar Association.
