Jennifer graduated from Fairfield University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark. Before making the decision to attend law school, Jennifer was a successful entrepreneur and businesswoman for seven years. As a dedicated businesswoman, she continued to work full-time while attending law school in the evenings.

Prior to joining Lyons & Associates, Jennifer worked for a family law firm in the Monmouth County area as an attorney where she focused solely on family law matters including but not limited to divorce, jurisdictional disputes, relocation, domestic violence, custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution.

Jennifer enjoyed a judicial clerkship with The Honorable Siobhan A. Teare, J.S.C. in the Essex County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part. She is also Certified through the Administrative Office of the Courts in Mediation and Conciliation Skills, and regularly mediated custody, parenting time and child support issues as a law clerk.

Jennifer is admitted to practice in New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is also a member of the Essex County Bar Association, the Monmouth County Bar Association, and the NJSBA Young Lawyers’ Division.
