She is passionate about protecting diverse innovators and creatives as they scale their businesses in the digital global market.

Before founding her law firm, Ms. Lawson worked as a Complex Commercial Litigator at representing fortune 500 companies in high profile cases. Ms. Lawson also has substantive experience in Estate Planning, Municipal Land Use and Zoning, and Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law.

Ms. Lawson began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Heidi W. Currier, J.A.D., serving a one year-term in the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division. Ms. Lawson is a 2016 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where she attended on the full-tuition Ronald H. Brown Scholarship and is a 2011 magna cum laude graduate of William Paterson University, where she also attended on a full-tuition Trustee Scholarship.
