Steven F. Keller
Business, Estate and Financial Services Attorney
Steven is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Finance and Estate Planning Practice covering matters including civil litigation, corporate consultation and formation, real estate, and wills, trusts, and estates. Steven received his B.A. from SUNY Geneseo where he majored in Political Science and minored in Central and Eastern European Studies in 2017. Steven obtained his J.D. from Roger Williams University Law School in 2020 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. During his time at Roger Williams, Steven interned for then Chief Justice William Smith of the Rhode Island Federal District Court. Additionally, while in law school, Steven worked for International Gaming Technologies where he worked on complex mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property matters, and various internal corporate planning and governance matters.
After graduating from Roger Williams Steven went on to clerk for the Honorable Estela M. De La Cruz, J.S.C. of the Bergen County Superior Court, Civil Part. During his Clerkship, Steven managed Judge De La Cruz’s Civil Part and Special Civil Part calendars. Additionally, Steven engaged in extensive mediation on various civil and landlord tenant matters.
Steven is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.
