Andrea J. Kryscnski is a Legal Assistant/Paralegal based in the firm’s Freehold office.

Since 2017, she has supported attorneys in family law matters, including high-asset divorce, custody and parenting time disputes, post-divorce Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, and both pendente lite and post-judgment motions. She also assists with estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills, healthcare directives, and powers of attorney, as well as name change applications.

Andrea is known for her thoroughness, organization, and ability to manage a wide range of matters while keeping cases moving forward and clients informed.

Earlier in her career, Andrea worked in corporate law, notably as a Broker Dealer Administrator in the Legal and Compliance Department for a New York-based financial services firm. In that role, she managed due diligence processes and regulatory compliance with the SEC and NASD, and also worked as a paralegal at a large New York law firm.

Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey as well as a paralegal certificate from Ashworth College. Moreover, Andrea earned the Certified Paralegal (CP) credential from NALA – The Paralegal Association.
