Nikita Wilber is the NIL Specialist and a member of the firm’s Operations Team, based in the Somerville office.
She focuses on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) matters and legal operations, supporting athletes in understanding their rights and opportunities. Nikita is passionate about helping athletes protect their interests and navigate the evolving landscape of NIL.
Prior to joining Lyons & Associates, Nikita interned with Rutgers Football, where she worked with the operations and recruiting departments. In that role, she supported front office and coaching staff efforts related to roster development and recruiting.
Nikita earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Rutgers University. During her time there, she was a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and served as Captain of the Rutgers Women’s Rugby team.
Outside of work, Nikita is a competitive rugby player and a community swim instructor, where she teaches children how to swim.
