April Bolden is the People Operations HR Manager at Lyons & Associates, P.C., based in the firm’s Freehold office.
She leads the firm’s day-to-day HR operations and partners closely with leadership on talent management, professional development, onboarding, performance evaluations, benefits, and employee relations. April focuses on creating efficient processes and supporting a positive, people-centered workplace culture. She also serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Culture and Professional Development Committees.
Before joining Lyons & Associates, April held Human Resources and Legal Personnel roles at law firms in New York and New Jersey. In those roles, she supported recruiting, performance management, onboarding, and compliance initiatives. She brings a strong understanding of law firm operations and a practical, people-focused approach to HR.
April earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Brooklyn College, where she was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She is also a commissioned Notary Public.
