Elise A. Bavazzano, Esq. is an Associate in the firm’s Trust, Estates, and Financial Practice Group. Elise’s transactional practice includes the preparation of various estate planning documents from wills and trusts to various ancillary documents like powers of attorney and advance healthcare directives. Her practice also involves uncontested trust administrations and estate administrations, including helping families through the probate process. In her practices, Elise leads with compassion and emphasizes diligence to meet her clients’ needs.

Elise also assists those in need of obtaining a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) following divorce to divide retirement assets. Additionally, she also helps corporate clients in the formation of their businesses and various business-related consulting.

Before joining Lyons & Associates, P.C., Elise enjoyed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Rudolph A. Filko, A.J.S.C., the Assignment Judge of Passaic County Superior Court. During her clerkship, Elise gained experience in various family law matters.

She also served as the Lead Editor of the New Developments subsection of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion. Elise has two articles published in the journal which explore the intersection of religion with both new and well-established doctrine.
