Kevin W. Ku, Esq. is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and has focused his practice exclusively on family law issues including but not limited to divorce, child support, custody, equitable distribution, post-judgment issues, parental rights and obligations, parental alienation, domestic violence, grandparent issues, domestic partnership and civil unions, and prenuptial agreements. As a practicing attorney, Kevin is known for his compassion, patience, and ability to listen to the client to effectively represent their interests.
Prior to joining Lyons & Associates, P.C., Kevin has worked at various other family law firms and has had the opportunity to clerk for two Judges (Honorable Margeret Goodzeit, J.S.C. [ret.] and Honorable Kimarie Rahill, J.S.C.) in the Warren County Superior Court, Family Part.
Kevin serves on the Board of Trustees (and currently serving on the Executive Committee) for Legal Services of Northwest Jersey and volunteers as a member of the District X Fee Arbitration Committee. Kevin also volunteers as an Early Settlement Panelist in Morris County.
