Randi Landers is the firm’s Captain of First and Lasting Impressions, based in the Somerville office.
She manages initial client interactions, including scheduling consultations and ensuring both prospective and current clients are supported from their first call through the life of their matter. She is often the first point of contact for the firm and plays a key role in creating a positive and consistent client experience.
Before joining Lyons & Associates in 2022, Ms. Landers spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry as an Executive Event Planner for two major hotel chains. In that role, she managed events ranging from small meetings to large-scale functions with hundreds of attendees. Her background in hospitality brings a strong focus on service, attention to detail, and client care.
Ms. Landers earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Buffalo State College.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Terry, their two daughters, and their yellow lab, Casey.
