The purpose of this letter is to thank Mr. William Lemega and staff for their sensitivity and kindness (not to mention patience) in their assistance with my personal matter.

We had difficulty contacting the New Jersey Courts from our home in Thailand to obtain a copy of a divorce decree. The decree is needed to support the immigration application for my wife – a very important matter for our family. Perhaps due to COVID or security precautions since we were contacting them from overseas (I support security precautions) we could never get a response.

Therefore I contacted Lyons & Associates, P.C., for assistance. They referred me to the capable hands of Mr. Lemega. William’s kind and understanding attitude immediately gave me confidence that he would take care of our matter.

I thought this was a quick and easy issue – a trip to City Hall to request the divorce decree then mail it to me. However Mr. Lemega was thrown a few curves in the process: First my Thailand Debit card payment was not processed, and he and staff spent time trying to figure it out for me. He waited patiently for payment. Then I realized his office was not in Atlantic City but was in North Jersey – that took him some extra time and effort to request the document. Finally the Atlantic City Court no longer had the document and referred him to contact the Trenton Court. More work and a longer way around for my request.

Mr. Lemega probably spent 3 – 4 times the amount of time and effort he usually spends for an issue such as ours, but was always courteous and helpful, and achieved results for us. We appreciate his persistence and are very grateful for all of his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring assistance with matters such as ours.

Now one last thing … since my wife will soon be off to the USA for her immigration process, can William offer assistance with my farm and housework and care for my children while she is gone?
