Theresa A. Lyons is a managing partner and a certified matrimonial attorney at Lyons & Associates, P.C. She was previously selected to Rising Stars in 2006 to 2009 and again in 2011. This is her first year being selected to Super Lawyers. Theresa received her master’s degree in social work from the Rutgers University School of Social Work and her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the New Jersey State Court, New Jersey Federal Court, and the United States Supreme Court. She has a New Jersey Board on Attorney Certification and published various articles about family law, expert testimony, and free speech. She is also an acclaimed author and has been featured in over 250 news and media outlets. Theresa is proud to be a member of the Board of Trustees of WINGS for Growth, an organization that assists domestic violence victims. Additionally, she was recently honored by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys as one of the Top 10 Best Female Attorneys.

William P. Lemega, a managing partner and certified matrimonial attorney at Lyons & Associates, P.C., has been chosen to Rising Stars each year since 2018. He focuses on elaborate divorce, mediation, alimony, child custody, child support, adoption, domestic violence, and other related family law issues. William received his Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law, completed a judicial clerkship at the Morris County Superior Court, Family Part, and was bestowed as a certified matrimonial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Only two percent of attorneys are granted this title in the state. William is admitted to practice in New Jersey and for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a proud member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association, and the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as a panelist on the Morris, Hunterdon, and Somerset County Early Settlement Panels.

Marissa A. Del Mauro is a certified matrimonial attorney and senior associate at Lyons & Associates, P.C. After receiving her Juris Doctor from the Western New England College School of Law, she embarked on a judicial clerkship at the Warren County Superior Court, Family Part. During her clerkship, she gained plentiful experience in divorce-related matters. Marissa is a certified matrimonial law attorney, which is a prestigious title in the state, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She has been chosen to Rising Stars every year since 2019 and currently serves as a volunteer for the Early Settlement Panel program in Somerset County.

Joanna R. Adu is a senior associate, top-rated family law attorney, and chairs the Finance and Estate Planning Practice at Lyons & Associates, P.C. She handles various estate planning and family law matters, including families with special needs and spouses harmed by domestic violence. Joanna has been selected to Rising Stars since 2020. She graduated with honors from the Seattle University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New Jersey. Joanna is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Somerset County Bar Association, the Garden State Bar Association, and the Association of Black Women Lawyers. She also serves on the Matrimonial Law Committee for the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) and is part of the Board of Directors for Social/Educational/Residential/Vocational (SERV) Achievement Centers.

Sara E. Kucsan is an associate and reputable family law attorney at Lyons & Associates, P.C. Sara received her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Homeland and National Security from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While attending school, she served as a student attorney, intern, and research assistant, gaining extensive knowledge in human trafficking policies and matters involving juvenile offenders. Sara underwent a judicial clerkship at the Middlesex County Superior Court, Family Part, where she became familiar with divorce matters, as well as adoption laws. Additionally, she has previously fought for clients before the Appellate Division, United States District Court, and the New Jersey Supreme Court, and serves as an Early Settlement Panelist for Middlesex County. She is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association and practices in both New Jersey and New York. Last year, Sara was Nationally Ranked Top 10 Under 40 in family law by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys. This is Sara’s second year being chosen to Rising Stars.
