Senior Counsel David F. Salvaggio, Esq. provides the firm with the ability to offer its Estate clients the added dimension of Medicaid Planning, which is a way to protect clients legally and ethically from the very real possibility of having to pay out-of-pocket for the enormous expense of long-term care. He has also been instrumental in developing alternatives to traditional litigation as a means of resolving legal disputes in New Jersey Family Law matters. Mr. Salvaggio is the Immediate Past President of the New Jersey Collaborative Law Group and, through Divorce Mediation, also helps divorcing couples determine their own destiny, rather than suffer the trauma and expense of seemingly endless litigation. David was named on the Super Lawyers list in both 2022 and 2023.
Associate Attorney Marie T. Bucci, Esq. has dedicated her practice to matrimonial and other family law matters. She is an advocate for clients in all areas of divorce, high-asset divorces, domestic violence trials, post-dissolution complex custody and parenting time disputes, among others. In addition, Marie handles estate planning matters at the firm. Furthermore, Marie assists clients who choose to legally change their current name for a variety of reasons such as religious, marital status, personal preference, or change in identity.
As recently as March 2023, Marie was one of the featured female family law practitioner panelists for Rutgers Law School at an annual event co-sponsored by the Child Advocacy Clinic, the Center for Gender Justice and Law, the Family Law Society, and Rutgers Career Services. In 2021, she was published as a Star Ledger guest columnist with her op-ed piece regarding Britney Spears’ conservatorship. This is her first year being selected to the Rising Stars list.
